1. Digital Services Only โ No Refund Policy
Wasendar exclusively offers digital services related to WhatsApp marketing, bulk messaging, auto-reply chatbots, scheduled messaging, and REST API integrations. As these are digital services, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Once you subscribe to any of our paid plans, all sales are final.
We recommend all new users take advantage of our free plan, which provides limited resources to explore and get familiar with the platform. This allows you to test our services and see the value they bring to your business before deciding to subscribe to a paid plan.
Use Free Plan Forever:
Our free plan is designed to help you understand and experience the full potential of Wasendar without any financial commitment. You can use the features we offer in our free plan to make sure Wasendar meets your business needs. Once you're confident that our platform is the right fit, you can then subscribe to one of our paid plans as per your business requirements.
2. Subscription Cancellation
a. Canceling a Paid Subscription:
If you no longer wish to continue using our services, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Wasendar account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining time in your current subscription period, as we do not offer refunds for partially used billing cycles.
Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will automatically be downgraded to the free plan with limited resources.
b. Auto-Renewal of Subscription:
All paid subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please ensure that you cancel it before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
3. Billing and Payment
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid any disruptions to your service. Wasendar uses secure third-party payment processors, and any billing issues should be reported to our support team at support@wasendar.com.
Late or Failed Payments:
If a payment is not received on time or fails to process, your access to Wasendar's paid features will be suspended until the payment is successfully completed. If payment is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
4. Changes to Plans and Pricing
Wasendar reserves the right to modify or discontinue our subscription plans or change the pricing of our services at any time. If any changes occur, we will notify you in advance. If you are currently subscribed to a paid plan, your pricing will remain the same until the end of your billing cycle. Upon renewal, any new pricing will take effect.
